We were given two stopmotion shooting practices;
- Clay
- Papercut
We were to do this in our task 02 production shoot groups, and
then edit the images together into one video to make editing
easier.

Filming process
First of all, my partner (Jia Yi) and I got together to make our clay figures. We made four figures, black, red, orange and green, as well as some additional props needed.
Our filming also went very successfully, It took us around an hour and a half to finish the shooting. We used Jia Yi's phone to take every shot. with a stopmotion app so that we don't need to do the additional compilation edit. While she set up her phone for the shoot, I did the set up for backgrounds and where each figure would stand. Then, we monitored every shot to ensure the sequence worked smoothly. Overall, it was quite a pleasant and speedy process.
Editing Process
After filming was packed up and completed, we decided to split up the editing into two parts. We discussed the concept we were going for, and the theme that we want our final product to be. With that, Jiayi worked on the graphics then sent it to me to do the sound editing.
So I went online and searched for copyright free sounds on these websites:
I downloaded all the sounds (which are also imported into google drive) and then imported them into PremierPro, where I have already imported the file Jia Yi sent to me.
